CONTEXT | Accedia is a young Bulgarian company riding the wave of new technologies’ spirit - fresh&bold. This was said when discussing the task ahead of us – “We just want our people to feel that they are part of 1 team, equally contributing to the development of the company.” Easy-peasy.
SOLUTION | We asked ourselves - how to shed light on people? Together with Accedia we created an avatar of every employee. An avatar with character and distinctive looks. Which is more, we built on the avatar concept and dedicated all meeting and collaboration areas to team’s favourite directors, musicians and writers. To be precise, to their avatars. Stephen King is gently peeking through your shoulder holding by the hand the adorable Pennywise. Terry Pratchet is smiling at you with his famous rubber duck on the hat... Btw, office’s rooftop zone is one of our favourite coffee spots in Sofia. Invitations only.
